Job Posting Title: Digital Marketing Executive Req ID: 10160029 Job Description: About the Role & Team Support Disney Destinations International in expanding the consumer direct EMEA proposition for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida (WDW), Disneyland Paris (DLP) and Disney Cruise Line (DCL). Contribute towards achieving the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for EMEA through supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in all aspects of the planning, development, execution and evaluation of WDTCI marketing initiatives. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. What You Will Do Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage the creation of new website content to support the launch of product and offers for WDW, DLP and DCL within EMEA markets   Responsible for setting up new website content across disneyholidays.xx domains using the Content Management System  Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the GEO/SEO strategy for EMEA websites, ensuring continuous optimisation of the sites  Work closely with the Development and Digital Production Teams, taking an active interest in User Experience best practice, ensuring continuous optimisation of the user journey    Brief in website updates and work with US and Paris teams managing content on disneyworld.com, disneylandparis.com and disneycruise.com   Responsible for managing the translation process for marketing content working with relevant teams and external agencies    Work with the CRM Manager to develop and execute the CRM plan   Work with the Performance Marketing Executive to set up PPC campaigns, creating tailored, in-language copy supporting strategic priorities  Work closely with the Strategy Team and in-market Sales & Marketing Teams ensuring strategic priorities are reflected across EMEA consumer direct touch points  Work with the Legal and Product Teams, ensuring Terms & Conditions are accurate and compliant for each market      Support the affiliate channel across key EMEA markets   Provide reporting on EMEA performance to relevant stakeholders, compiling decks and presenting at relevant meetings  Responsible for tracking, updating and working within allocated budget  Responsible for developing and updating pre- and post-booking consumer touch points, including guest documentation, collateral and IVR messaging     Training and Professional Development   Operate with integrity, champion change and be a good ambassador for DDI and the wider Walt Disney Company   Operate as part of an effective and inclusive team by demonstrating an awareness of others; welcoming and valuing unique perspectives and ideas; offering support, sharing knowledge and best practices in order to contribute to overall departmental commitments  Take ownership of your professional development through regular career conversations with your line manager and utilising available resources such as D Learn, instructor-led courses and on the job learning  Proactively suggest ways to improve departmental performance and processes, leveraging technological tools where applicable   Build links with other TWDC functions to develop broader knowledge of the business  Promote and maintain an inclusive workplace, championing diversity and inclusion and make use of available resources to extend knowledge and best practice websites  Required Qualifications & Skills  Degree level qualification or equivalent experience working in a similar field. Marketing qualification, beneficial   Previous experience within a digital marketing role in a major multi-national marketing environment, essential   Demonstrated tactical skills related to implementation of marketing plans  Understanding and working knowledge of GEO, SEO, PPC, affiliate and social media marketing   Experience of writing effective and engaging copy, essential  Experience of operating and thriving in a large matrix organisation, beneficial  Marketing experience across multiple EMEA markets, advantageous  Skills Required  Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to balance marketing programs across three brands for optimal execution and success  Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment  Strong attention to detail   Highly analytical and results orientated  Creative sensibility and flair for writing effective copy   Demonstrable presentation skills, virtually and face-to-face  Proven interpersonal skills with internal and external partners  Skilled in communicating and building relationships at all levels of the organisation, collaborating effectively to achieve results  Strong written and spoken English for business use, essential  Other European languages not required but desirable  Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); adept in use of video conferencing tools such as Zoom, essential    The Perks  25 days annual leave Private medical insurance & dental care Complimentary admission to eligible Disney Theme Parks, giving you the opportunity to experience the magic we create and make memories of your own.
