Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Grab Your Job. By using the site or subscribing to Premium you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in them affects your legal rights.

1. What the service is

Grab Your Job lists job openings collected from employers’ public career sites and job boards, shows whether an employer appears on the gov.uk register of licensed visa sponsors, and offers tools to track applications, match your CV to roles and review your CV against a role.

• Listings: we collect them automatically and cannot guarantee they are complete, current or accurate. Always check the employer’s own posting and apply there.
• Sponsor information: comes from the public register and our matching of names to it. A licence does not mean a particular role is sponsored or that you will get a visa.
• Not immigration or legal advice: nothing on the site, including sponsor tips, is immigration or legal advice. For advice on your case use an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC) or a solicitor, and check gov.uk.
• AI features: CV match and CV review are produced by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. They are a guide, not a judgement of your chances. Only claim experience you really have.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and must be 16 or over. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on it. One person, one account: accounts made to get around free limits may be closed.

3. Acceptable use

Do not: copy or scrape the site or its data in bulk, use bots, resell access, share a Premium account, upload content you have no right to use or that is unlawful, try to break or overload the service, or get around limits or security.

4. Premium

• Price and billing: Premium costs £6.99 a month (or the price shown when you subscribe), charged by Stripe when you subscribe and then every month until you cancel. Prices include any VAT that applies.
• Launch price: if a launch price is shown, it applies to people who subscribe before the stated date and stays while the subscription continues.
• Cancelling: cancel at any time in the billing portal on the Premium page. Premium stays on until the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew.
• Refunds and your 14-day right to cancel: see Cancellations and refunds.
• Fair use: Premium features are unlimited for normal personal use. To stop automated or shared use, very high daily use is capped; contact support if you reach the cap.
• Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you; you can cancel before it does.
• Changes to features: we may improve or change features. If we remove a main Premium feature you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the month.

5. Your content

You keep all rights in your CV and notes. You let us process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

6. Our content

The site, its design and software belong to us. Job postings belong to the employers; follow their terms when you apply.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance or security.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions employers make, for listings being wrong or out of date, or for business losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close a Premium account without it being your fault, we refund the unused part of the month.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If a change significantly affects Premium members we will tell you before it applies; you can cancel if you do not agree.

11. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at [email protected] or through support so we can try to sort it out.
