Your Role in our Mission: The Motion Designer is a key part of our global brand team, helping bring the RGER brand to life through animation, digital design, and expressive storytelling. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on motion as a core craft, while also contributing to wider brand outputs across digital and print. You’ll work closely with our creative team to create bold, distinctive work that builds brand awareness and engagement. We’re looking for someone who is excited by motion as a storytelling tool — someone who enjoys experimenting, developing their craft, and pushing how a brand shows up through animation. You’ll play an important role in evolving our motion language and contributing to a highly creative, fast-moving environment. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the UK, US and Australia, who bring different perspectives and experiences to the team. We value open, constructive collaboration across time zones.
