Shopper Marketing Manager About the Role  As the Shopper Marketing Manager, you will connect brand, retail media and in-store activation, turning shopper insight into measurable growth.​ This is an opportunity to translate shopper, customer and brand strategies into integrated omnichannel plans. Connecting consumers from awareness to purchase across offsite, onsite, and in-store touchpoints, your impact will be to unlock growth, optimize investment and maximise ROI.​ You’ll shape the path to purchase by leading integrated activation across every shopper touchpoint, with commercial outcomes at the centre.​   What You Will Do  Lead integrated shopper activation and retail media plans with selected customers and Retail Media Networks​. Build retailer-specific audience and activation strategies.​ Turn shopper and category insight into conversion-driving activity.​ Deliver campaigns across POS, digital, retail media and in-store.​ Partner across Sales, Category, Brand, eCommerce, retailers and agencies.​ Track performance and use insight to improve ROI.​   Who You Are  Previous FMCG experience in shopper, trade, customer or retail marketing.​ Strong knowledge of shopper behaviour, category management and retail activation. Proven omnichannel and retail media planning experience across key customers and undefined Commercial judgement across brand, category and customer priorities.​ Strong stakeholder, project management and analytical skills.​ Familiarity with NielsenIQ, Kantar, Circana or retailer insight platforms.​   What We Can Offer You  Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
