Officer, Corporate Action Services (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an Officer, Corporate Action Services in Hong Kong to support the end-to-end processing of corporate action events across multiple asset classes. This is a strong opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build a foundation in securities operations, financial products, client servicing and risk controls while working in a deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities: Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across multiple asset classes, ensuring accurate and timely execution Validate event details and client instructions, meeting relevant custodian, funding and system cut-offs Monitor and reconcile positions, cash movements, entitlements and outstanding items Maintain accurate corporate action records, blotters and control documentation Investigate and escalate discrepancies, exceptions and operational risks promptly Coordinate with clients, custodians and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and support timely communications Follow risk, compliance and information-security controls while contributing to process improvements and wider operational initiatives Candidate profile: Degree or experience in banking, custody, securities or financial services operations; fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial markets are welcome Knowledge or interest in corporate actions and financial products across multiple asset classes Strong numerical, analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills Able to manage high-volume work accurately within tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills Good proficiency in English About this company: A leading international financial services organisation supporting clients across global financial markets, offering early-career talent the opportunity to build specialist expertise, learn from experienced teams and develop a strong foundation in securities operations.
