Finance Intern Agency Trainer 實習生 Strategic Planning Intern Finance Intern 財務部實習生 · Assist the Assistant General Manager (“AGM”), Financial Reporting in preparing investment accounting and relevant journal entries · Support the financial reporting closing process and ensure robustness of reported numbers by implementing effective internal controls · Assist AGM in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reporting that comply with applicable regulatory requirements · Assist AGM in managing daily cash flows and making fund flow recommendation in collaboration with the Investment Department after considering operating cash flow needs of the Company · Prepare bank reconciliation · Participate in product UAT to ensure the launch of any new products are on schedule · Support finance related projects from time to time · Assist in the preparation of internal / external review or audit Job Requirements · Bachelor degree · Qualified Accountant of recognised accounting bodies (or having a solid plan in attaining a relevant qualification) · Team player, independent, excellent analytical, time management and interpersonal skills, with ability to prioritize tasks; · Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; · Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility as a team member; and, · Candidate with more relevant experience will also be considered as Finance, Associate. Agency Trainer 實習生 協助培訓專員服務理財顧問團隊，整理 FYP/FYC、人力晉升、新人留存資料，製作業務報表。 學習香港 MDRT、COT、TOT 標準，協助拆分保障類與儲蓄類業績，核對 50% 保障底倉達標結構，輸出 MDRT 進度追蹤表。 支持周會、項目說明會、新人培訓等培訓及活動，完成課件製作排版、現場協助、會議紀要、素材庫維護。 協助執行 MDRT 精英培育、業務競賽、增員專項活動，統計活動資料，整理複盤材料。 學習香港保監局仲介人合規要求，收集前線常見問題，完成資料歸檔及內勤日常對接工作。 要求： - 本科及以上，金融 / 保險 / 行銷優先； -有保險代理人、培訓、組訓等實習或工作經驗優先； - 強 PPT、Excel 資料處理，演講面談能力強，抗壓能力強 戰略企劃部實習生 崗位職責 1. 跟蹤香港壽險市場宏觀政策及市場動態，整理行業對標與研究簡報。 2. 數據提取、校驗及分析，並根據要求完成資料報送或匯報材料製作。 3. 協助市場/渠道/產品等專題研究，完成資料搜集與初稿整理。 4. 協助公司重要會議籌備及材料準備，撰寫會議紀要。 5. 部門日常協同、資料歸檔及其它臨時工作。 任職要求 1. 本科及以上在讀，金融 / 經濟 / 商科相關，對香港保險行業感興趣; 2. 中英文讀寫流利，可處理雙語材料; 3. 熟練使用Office辦公软件（Excel & PowerPoint）; 4. 邏輯清晰，細心嚴謹，對數字敏感，有同時處理多任務的能力； 5. 有保險市場研究、戰略規劃實習經歷者優先。 Intern - Strategic & Planning Department Responsibilities 1. Monitor macro policies and market developments in the Hong Kong life insurance market; prepare industry benchmarking and research briefings. 2. Extract, validate and analyze data; prepare regulatory submissions and reporting materials as required. 3. Support ad-hoc research on market, channel and product topics, including information gathering and draft preparation. 4. Assist in preparing for key company meetings and drafting meeting minutes. 5. Cross‑team coordination, document filing and other ad‑hoc assignments. Requirements 1. Undergraduate/postgraduate student in Finance, Economics or Business; interest in Hong Kong life insurance industry. 2. Fluent in written Chinese & English for bilingual deliverables. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 4. Strong logical sense, detail‑oriented, numerate and capable of multi‑tasking. 5. Prior internship experience in insurance market research or strategic planning is a plus.
