Regional Event & Network Operations Intern

About the role Haere Invest Talks (HIT) is seeking three highly ambitious, polished, and connected Business or Finance students to spearhead exclusive Monthly Investor After-Work Meetups across Asia's premier financial hubs (Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore). You will serve as the physical host and operational anchor for a curated ecosystem of institutional and retail investors, wealth managers, and finance professionals. Key responsibilities Own the physical execution of the monthly after-work meetup in your local city (venue coordination, guest check-ins, and hosting the room) Act as the face of the event, welcoming high-net-worth individuals and corporate finance professionals, ensuring a relaxed, seamless networking environment Assist with digital community management, attendee tracking, and regional coordination for the HIT investment network About you Current undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or International Relations Impeccable communication skills with a natural ability to navigate formal and informal corporate settings A self-starter personality—highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing live event logistics independently Fluency in English (Mandarin is highly advantageous for the Taiwan and HK hubs)
