Management Trainee

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Management Trainee, join Majoris Group and discover how diversity drives our success. The trainee will be rotating between our core departments below during his/her first 3-4 years, then be promoted to a Manager role within one of these business streams, upon an end-of-program evaluation including: Responsibilities: Corporate Finance Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and other capital raising activities Assist in assessing potential deals, such as preparing pitching materials, executing transactions and conducting due diligence Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars CPA Lead or assist in small to medium scale audit assignments in Hong Kong, including audit planning and fieldwork Preparation of working papers and documentation for audit assignments Financial reporting optimizations and bookkeeping assistance Financial Reporting Prepare and review consolidation for the quarterly, interim and annual financial statements of listed companies in Hong Kong Draft and prepare the quarter, interim and annual announcements and reports, and other stock exchange filings as required Collaborate with supervisors and provide updated analysis on the financial results Prepare materials for board meetings Requirements Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration is preferred CPA, CFA or HKCGI student members preferable Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint functionalities Possess strong sense integrity and work ethics, with the ability to manage work in a team environment Team player with a strong sense of commercial, responsibility, hardworking and willing to learn Occasionally travel required Interested parties please send your resume with expected salary and availability by clicking "Apply Now".
