About the role

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients. The Product Management Staff Vice President is an individual contributor embedded in the Infrastructure Platforms International product management team, partnering with the Head of Product and product managers to strengthen operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and day-to-day effectiveness. The team delivers platform capabilities across regions while staying defensible in risk, regulatory, and audit discussions; this role supports clear “source of truth” documentation, decision traceability, and configuration-first approaches where regional variance is needed. As reporting and operating practices mature, the role helps reduce manual effort through automation. Experience with approved internal AI tools—or strong interest in learning and applying them responsibly—to improve tracking, reporting, and workflows is valued. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves between strategy and execution, and enjoys making others more effective through collaboration and strong operational follow-through.
