Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Account Director to shape high-impact campaigns for a leading entertainment and communications client. You’ll lead the strategy, planning and performance of brand and commercial activity, turning audience and platform insights into work that reaches millions of households. As a senior client partner, you’ll unite specialists across social, creative, data and media planning to deliver thoughtful, effective campaigns. You’ll also support a talented team, creating the clarity and encouragement they need to do their best work. Responsibilities Own paid social strategy, planning and performance across TV campaigns, aligning activity with brand and commercial objectives. Partner with Digital Leads on quarterly and annual planning, including budgets, forecasts and performance goals. Act as a senior point of contact for the client, providing clear strategic direction and practical solutions. Turn campaign data into compelling insights and recommendations that inform future media and creative decisions. Collaborate with creative, analytics, media planning and platform partners to deliver joined-up campaigns. Oversee campaign activation, optimisation, measurement and reporting, maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery. Lead and support colleagues across UK and offshore teams, helping them strengthen their strategic thinking and platform knowledge. Qualifications Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Experience developing and delivering end-to-end campaigns across brand and performance objectives. The ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and communicate insights through clear, engaging narratives. Familiarity with measurement and analytics tools such as CM360, Adobe or Google Analytics. A collaborative approach to building trusted relationships with clients, internal specialists and platform partners. Experience supporting and developing colleagues through constructive feedback, coaching and clear objectives. An organised and adaptable working style, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate confidently with different audiences.
