Overview Paid Social Account Manager – Swarovski We are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to help bring Swarovski’s brand to life through impactful, innovative social campaigns. Joining Zenith’s International Paid Social team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional campaigns that connect creativity with measurable business results. You’ll work closely with Swarovski and our global teams to turn ambitious ideas into effective paid social experiences. This is an opportunity to take ownership, build meaningful client relationships and help shape the future of paid social for an iconic global brand. Responsibilities Own the day-to-day relationship with Swarovski stakeholders, building trust through proactive communication, responsive support and clear campaign updates. Manage paid social campaigns from brief to launch, coordinating with activation teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Collaborate with planning, activation, analytics and finance teams across our global network to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance, budgets and pacing, identifying opportunities to improve results across audiences, creative and media investment. Turn campaign data into compelling insights, reports and actionable recommendations that help Swarovski make informed marketing decisions. Champion experimentation by developing and supporting test-and-learn initiatives that unlock new opportunities for campaign effectiveness. Maintain high standards of campaign quality, financial accuracy and operational excellence, continuously improving processes and proactively resolving delivery risks. Qualifications Experience in paid social or digital media, with a solid understanding of how to plan, activate and optimise campaigns to achieve business objectives. Hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn, alongside a curiosity to explore emerging opportunities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with clients and colleagues across different teams and markets. An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, uncover meaningful insights and translate findings into practical recommendations. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, balance competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, effective campaigns. A collaborative and curious mindset, with an enthusiasm for creativity, experimentation and continuously improving the way we work.
