About the role We are seeking ambitious, driven graduates and professionals to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui. This Management Trainee program provides 1-on-1 mentorship, expert-led training, and a clear path toward team management and wealth advisory. No prior finance background is required—we provide full sponsorship and training from day one. Key responsibilities Receive 1-on-1 coaching, attend expert Masterclasses (medical & legal), and complete IIQE licensing with full sponsorship Analyze client needs to design tailored risk management, medical coverage, and asset allocation solutions Maintain client records, perform regular portfolio reviews, and assist with policy management and claims Transition into leadership within 12–18 months to build, mentor, and direct your own team About you Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree or above (Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome) HK Permanent Resident / IANG Visa / Valid HK Work Permit holder Strong communication skills, proactive learning mindset, and team spirit No prior finance or insurance background required Benefits HK$35,000 – $50,000 monthly allowance scheme plus performance bonuses and uncapped commission structure Flexible working hours and high schedule independence Sponsorship for international industry conventions (e.g., MDRT) and fast-track management opportunities
