The Data, Analytics & AI Team The Data, Analytics & AI team combines rigorous business thinking with modern analytical techniques to deliver clear, actionable insight. We support clients directly through analytics-led engagements and work closely alongside CIL’s strategy consulting teams. Recent projects include developing a data strategy for a recruitment agency, building automated management dashboards for an IT services business, and delivering site-location analysis for a national bakery chain. The work is highly varied, both in analytical challenge and commercial context.
