Service Management Consultant

Our work spans organisational change, digital transformation, programme delivery, cyber security, AI, data and analytics, and complex technology procurements. As a Service Management Consultant, you will support clients undertaking large-scale technology and service procurements, digital transformation programmes, and service improvement initiatives. Many of these engagements involve mission-critical communications and operational technology environments, where knowledge of radio, telecommunications, and service management principles is essential. Experience working with TETRA-based communications systems and their operational support models would be particularly valuable.
