Product Analyst (Operational Product)

Role Summary: The Product Analyst is an entry-level role within the Product and Business Analyst function, supporting the successful operation, enhancement and performance of business-critical products and services. Working under the guidance of Senior Product Analysts and Technical Product Analysts, the Product Analyst contributes to product operations, product performance monitoring, customer and operational insight analysis, product support and product change delivery. The role is responsible for analysing product performance, supporting operational product activities, maintaining product data quality, identifying improvement opportunities and providing information that supports product decision-making. The Product Analyst develops knowledge of organisational schemes, operational processes, technology platforms and product management practices while building the skills required to progress into a Senior Product Analysts role.
