About the role We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Corporate Solutions Consultant to join our expanding team in Hong Kong. In this dual-focus role, you will advise and deliver holistic benefits solutions to corporate clients (SMEs and MNCs) while extending specialized risk management advisory to Family Offices and Key Executives. You will manage the full client consulting lifecycle—combining pre-sales, account management, and project execution to implement group medical, MPF, group life & disability, and customized family office protection schemes. Key responsibilities Advise corporate clients on workforce benefits; design and structure group medical, MPF, group life & disability, and general commercial insurance solutions Work directly with Family Offices, founders, and senior principals to deliver specialized coverage, including C-suite keyman insurance, global executive health plans, and tailored family office risk protection Lead pre-sales briefings; prepare analytical benchmark reports, proposal presentations, and pitch customized solutions to HR leaders, clients Proactively identify growth opportunities, acquire new corporate and family office accounts, and deliver ongoing servicing to maximize client satisfaction, account retention, and annual renewals Coordinate end-to-end program implementation between internal operations teams, external insurance partners, and client stakeholders About you Degree or equivalent experience; professional or industry qualifications preferred. Business development experience is a plus Proven experience in pre-sales, client pitches, or corporate advisory with strong problem-solving skills Hands-on experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects across internal teams and external partners Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and business-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills when interacting with C-suite stakeholders and high-net-worth principals A team player who thrives both collaboratively and independently. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 關於此職位（About the Role） 我們正在尋找一位具備事業野心、以客戶為本的企業方案顧問加入我們於香港不斷擴展的團隊。 在這個具備「雙重焦點」的職位中，您將為企業客戶（中小企及跨國企業）提供全方位的員工福利諮詢與方案服務，同時為家族辦公室及核心高管提供專門的風險管理顧問服務。您將負責管理完整的客戶諮詢生命週期——結合售前服務、客戶關係管理及項目執行，協助客戶落地團體醫療、強積金（MPF）、團體人壽及殘廢保障，以及客製化的家族辦公室保障方案。 主要職責（Key Responsibilities） 企業福利諮詢：為企業客戶提供人力資源福利諮詢，設計並規劃團體醫療、強積金（MPF）、團體人壽與殘廢保障，以及一般商業保險方案。 高管及家族辦公室風險管理：直接與家族辦公室、企業創辦人及高層管理人員合作，提供專屬的保障方案，包括管理層 keyman（關鍵人物）保險、全球高管健康計劃及客製化的家族辦公室風險保障。 售前簡報與方案競投：主導售前簡報；編製分析性基準報告與提案簡報，向人力資源主管及客戶推介客製化方案。 業務拓展與客戶留存：主動挖掘增長機遇，開拓新的企業及家族辦公室客戶，並提供持續的客戶服務，以提升客戶滿意度、保持客戶留存率及順利完成年度續約。 端到端項目協調：協調內部營運團隊、外部保險合作夥伴與客戶利益相關者之間的端到端項目執行。 職位要求（About You） 學歷與專業資格：持有大學學位或具備同等經驗；擁有專業或行業認可資格者優先考慮。具備業務拓展經驗者更佳。 諮詢與競投經驗：具備成熟的售前服務、客戶競投或企業諮詢經驗，並擁有出色的問題解決能力。 項目協調能力：具備協調跨部門內部團隊與外部合作夥伴等多方利益相關者項目的實操經驗。 個人特質與溝通：具備創業家精神、主動積極、以業務為導向；在與企業高層及高淨值人士溝通與談判時，展現出卓越的交際能力。 具備獨立作業能力，同時善於團隊協作 語言能力：具備優秀的英語、廣東話及普通話口頭及書面溝通能力。
