Key responsibilities Assist with investment risk compliance management work and monitor various investment activities to ensure compliance with company internal policies and external regulatory requirements Conduct risk analysis, calculate indicators, and prepare report drafts based on portfolio asset lists Regularly execute investment compliance monitoring, promptly identify, alert, and report potential compliance risks Participate in legal document review of investment projects and assist in identifying core risk points such as investment scope restrictions, LP rights protection, key person clauses, and exit mechanisms Assist with cross-departmental collaboration and support work, including various report submissions, data organization, data verification, material consolidation, and information validation Assist with other tasks assigned by leadership About you Full-time undergraduate degree or above (Hong Kong part-time master's students also acceptable); must be current students or recent graduates with legal permission to intern in Hong Kong Background in finance, insurance, risk management, economics, law, or related fields preferred Holders of relevant finance/law professional qualifications or those who have passed some exams preferred Strong risk compliance awareness, rigorous logical thinking, and high data sensitivity Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Able to intern at least 4 days per week
