Collaboration – work effectively on multidisciplinary project teams and with clients to co-create solutions, facilitate discussion and challenge, and translate complex people challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.
Curiosity and motivation – continuously build knowledge in areas such as HR transformation, digital workforce and organisational change, while proactively seeking opportunities to develop skills and contribute beyond assigned tasks.
Ownership and proactive mindset – take responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs on projects, contributing to proposals for new work and practice development, and actively seek ways to add value to clients and teams.
