Manage solutions through implementation and into BAU, including user demonstrations, documentation and completion of relevant model risk and IT application governance requirements. Maintain and enhance existing solutions, resolving user issues, and developing new features or bug fixes within applications. Experience automating complex Finance or quantitative processes and successfully embedding solutions into BAU. Strong understanding of actuarial and Finance processes within UK Life Insurance, including Solvency and IFRS 17. Knowledge of quantitative modelling methodologies used within the insurance industry. Knowledge of modern development practices, including CI/CD, version control, package management and cloud deployment, is desirable. Part-qualified or qualified Actuary preferred, although relevant Finance or quantitative qualifications such as CQF or CFA will also be considered. Personal Attributes Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Finance, Actuarial and IT.
