You might be shooting with royalty, celebrity athletes, filming product launches, reality TV-style office BTS and travelling the world with me from China to the US. See what you’d be stepping into: https://www.instagram.com/varunbuilds/ https://www.instagram.com/magicdotfit/ What you’ll do Be my shadow with a camera 1–2 days a week, at the office, workouts, Boardrooms, swanky awards shows, live events, and wherever in the world we’re headed next Shoot reels, short-form video, photos and behind-the-scenes content that stops the scroll Edit everything yourself: hooks, captions, pacing, sound, thumbnails Own the content calendar and post or schedule it every week Pull ideas out of me: pitch formats, write hooks, and spot the moments worth filming before I do Read the numbers monthly and double down on what’s working You have A portfolio of short-form content you shot and edited yourself, ideally for a founder or creator. Your own kit (camera, mic, lighting) and fluency in CapCut, Premiere or similar An obsession with the first 3 seconds and hook rate. A packed bag and availability in London on short notice! Ability to turn filmed content around ready to post in a matter of minutes, if not hours! Nice to have: fitness or tech content experience, a track record of growing Instagram accounts, basic Canva or Figma How to apply: Send 3 pieces you shot and edited, with view counts, plus one line on what you’d film first.
