About the role
As part of a European team of designers, you will be responsible for the agency’s visual execution, brand consistency, and multi-channel creative output. This role is tasked with taking raw ideas, briefs, and strategy to produce high-impact design across digital, editorial, presentation, and pitch formats. The primary objective is to elevate BPI Group’s visual presence and win new business by translating complex concepts into crisp, engaging visual assets delivered at pace.
Core Accountability Framework
New Business & Pitch Design – Crafting pitch decks, credentials, and proposals that help win new business and captivate prospective clients.
BPI Editorial & Content – Designing polished, publication-ready long-form digital and print editorial assets, including reports, and thought-leadership pieces.
Multi-Platform Social Media – Producing eye-catching, brand-consistent digital content and campaign assets tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
Presentation & Data Visualisation – Transforming intricate information, strategy, and data into clean, visually engaging presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Functional Responsibilities
Strategic Visual Counsel & Brand Identity
Act as the creative champion for BPI Group’s visual identity, ensuring absolute consistency across all corporate, client, and pitch channels.
Bridge the gap between strategic briefs and visual reality, advising internal teams on how to frame narratives using a modern design approach.
Adapt design styles rapidly to suit varying client guidelines, campaign briefs, and audience expectations.
Campaign & Asset Execution
Lead the hands-on creation of visual assets across the full production lifecycle, working from initial concept through to final artwork delivery.
Design pitch materials, presentation decks, editorial layouts, and digital campaign collateral under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Work with motion design and basic video/animation tools (where applicable) to bring static assets to life for social and presentation formats.
Delivery & Autonomous Workflow
Work with speed and autonomy, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate closely with a broad mix of colleagues to digest complex information and synthesise it into clear, visually compelling outputs.
Proactively flag visual opportunities and take ownership of design briefs from initial kick-off to delivery with minimal oversight.
Quality Control & Agency Standards
Ensure all creative outputs—from brief decks and social graphics to multi-page policy reports—meet the highest agency standard.
Bring a proven understanding of fast-paced agency workflows to streamline design tasks
Stay ahead of industry design trends, digital best practices, and new toolsets to continuously raise the bar for BPI Group’s creative work.
