About the role

Every team member’s story with Silverstone starts somewhere. Your job is to make it one they’ll remember. You’ll be in charge of how we talk to our team and how they experience working here, from the day they join to the day they leave. That means running our internal communications supported by our new app, rebuilding our onboarding experience, and getting revitalising our engagement and culture programmes for our permanent, casual and volunteer teams. We need someone who’s written for lots of different audiences, can handle confidential information properly and makes decisions based on what the data and feedback tell them. There’s always something going on here, so you’ll need to enjoy a busy, varied workload. JOB PURPOSE The role of People Experience and Internal Communications Lead will help shape and deliver communication and engagement initiatives that connect team members to our strategy, values and culture. This role will help shape the Silverstone internal comms strategy and redesign the people experience agenda for all workforce groups, including the team member lifecycle from onboarding and induction to exit. Silverstone is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk and expects all team members and volunteers to share this commitment. Background checks and DBS checks at the appropriate level will be obtained prior to employment commencing.
