Working with product and technology teams to design and refine digital tools that support airport operations. Translating business needs into clear product requirements and performance measures. Collaborating with operational teams to test and implement new solutions effectively. Monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements based on evidence and feedback. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience working with digital products or operational systems in a fast-paced environment. Ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable insights.
