This is an IT support position, where you will be responsible for providing IT technical support to the Group1 Automotive business. In addition to an excellent broad IT knowledge, you will also have advanced levels of skill and experience with Microsoft 365 products. Manage and resolve IT service tickets promptly, keeping detailed updates. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment. Support hardware rollouts, onboarding/offboarding, and user access requests. Work with and guide the wider IT Support team to help with priorities, escalations, reporting, business communication Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Experience in first- or second-line IT support within an office or multi-site environment. Confident troubleshooting Windows systems, hardware, and network issues. Strong M365 skills Strong communication skills and a helpful, patient approach with users. Awareness of data protection, cybersecurity, and good IT practices. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
