Accounting Officer, Reporting (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Objective of the position: As a team member of the management reporting team, the Reporting Assistant is assisted in month end closing, periodic reports and ad-hoc reports for management decision. What You'll Do: Prepare and distribute periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. Develop and maintain dashboards and presentation materials for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and risks. Assist in the consolidation of financial data from various departments/subsidiaries for group reporting purposes. Prepare month-end/ year-end supporting schedules. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from supervisor and management. What You Have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 0 – 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a finance department, corporate planning, or a business intelligence function. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, complex formulas) is a plus. Strong data analysis and problem solving skills. Work independently, proactive and diligent. Attention to detail, accuracy and quality. Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to meet timeline. Good communication skills and a team player. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
