About the role

Our Team The Marketing team grows audiences, drives viewing and builds the popularity of UKTV’s brands and programmes. Within Marketing, CRM uses data, insight and personalised communications across email, push and other owned channels to connect audiences with content on U and build long-term engagement. Purpose of the Role The Marketing Executive – CRM delivers and optimises campaigns that engage audiences and drive viewing on U. Working with the CRM Manager, you will manage the campaign calendar, build cross-channel campaigns and automated journeys, and use testing, insights and new platform capabilities to improve performance.
