Collaborate with project team lead and finance management team lead to explore and develop strategies to manage the risk, cost control & to achieve project KPIs. Generate financial reports and analysis to track budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution of the predetermined financial KPIs Liaise closely with project team to monitor the sales and delivery process, ensure proper delivery and documentation of project for the payment, sale invoicing and collection purpose Basic Requirements: Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance will be preferred. In-depth knowledge in accounting Basic knowledge in project financial management Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure. With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories. Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking.
