Insolvency & Restructuring Services Officer/ Trainee

Manivest Asia Limited is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Services Officer/ Officer Trainee to join our professional team in our Wan Chai, Hong Kong office. Job Duties : Assisting in the management of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements, including bankruptcy cases, corporate liquidations, and financial re-organizations Conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses to identify risks and develop effective restructuring strategies Preparing comprehensive reports, financial statements, and other documentation required for insolvency proceedings Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure the smooth progress of engagements Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in insolvency and restructuring legislation and best practices Providing support to our Director/ Senior Manager on complex or high-profile cases Requirements : Degree of Diploma holder of any disciplines Experience working in insolvency, restructuring, or corporate recovery services is preferable but not necessary for Graduate Trainee Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify practical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work Manivest Asia Limited is one of a leading provider of insolvency and corporate restructuring services in Hong Kong and we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
