We’re growing fast – across continents and disciplines – and we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference: for our clients, our teams, and the world around us About the Role We are looking for an experienced Social Listening & Insights Manager to join our Intel team and play a key role in shaping brand and marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, including well-known brands across B2B and B2C industries. As part of a small but highly influential research and insights team, you will take ownership of ongoing social listening programs, lead ad hoc research assignments, and support broader strategic and new business initiatives. Working closely with our Strategy, Account, and Creative teams, you will turn social conversations and other research findings into meaningful insights that inform brand strategy, uncover opportunities, and help our clients make better decisions. Your work will also contribute to Gravity Global's proprietary F.A.B. framework, using social listening intelligence to support our understanding of brand performance and inform strategic recommendations.
