Global Corporate Access Executive - Fresh Grad Welcome

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Corporate Access Executive to support the planning and execution of a wide range of investor engagement activities. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Client Details Our client is a well-known Global Bank. Description Coordinate investor access activities to support planned engagements and business priorities. Maintain accurate schedules, meeting details and related records for investor interactions. Communicate meeting arrangements and updates clearly with relevant internal contacts. Prepare practical information for investor access events, meetings and follow-up actions. Track activity progress and keep documentation organised for day-to-day operations. Respond to routine requests relating to investor access arrangements in a timely manner. Work with banking and financial services colleagues to ensure activities run smoothly. Profile Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Events, Financial Services, or Executive Coordination is an advantage. Fluent English is a must with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin are highly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving and deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
