An opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer to own marketing and lead generation at a growing food ingredients business. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where HubSpot and AI tools sit at the centre of how you work, turning interest into qualified leads for the sales team. Growth Marketing Executive Location: Coalville £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week (30 minutes unpaid lunch) Please note: you must be authorised to work in the UK. About the Role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will drive BakeRite’s marketing and lead generation, working closely with Sales, NPD and senior management. The aim is a strong, consistent BakeRite brand and a steady flow of the right leads, with marketing measured by the results it delivers. This role is office-based in Coalville. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver marketing campaigns on time and within budget, and act as guardian of the BakeRite brand Build target account lists in HubSpot, set up lead scoring and routing, and qualify website enquiries before handing them to Sales Create landing pages, gated content and targeted email campaigns, and lead our move of email marketing into HubSpot Manage the website, SEO and LinkedIn, including a weekly post and a monthly market update Use Claude and other AI tools daily to build repeatable workflows that research markets and accounts, draft content and automate routine tasks Keep HubSpot data clean and report monthly on leads, conversion and campaign results Produce sales collateral, including the company presentation, product sheets and the annual brochure and catalogue, and organise trade shows, client visits and sample packs About You Skills and experience 2–3 years’ B2B marketing experience Hands-on HubSpot (or similar CRM and email platform) experience Practical use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot at work, with examples you can show us Website CMS, SEO and LinkedIn experience, with working knowledge of UK GDPR and PECR as they apply to marketing Excellent written English, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills Strong analytical skills and confidence with data, Excel and reporting Well organised, with experience planning events, visits or similar logistics Desirable Food, ingredients, bakery, FMCG or B2B manufacturing experience HubSpot Academy certifications Experience building AI-driven workflows (Claude projects and skills, Zapier, Make) Canva and/or Adobe skills, plus photography and video A marketing degree or CIM qualification Full UK driving licence Benefits Competitive remuneration package, enhanced pension contributions and enhanced sick pay scheme 20 days holiday plus your birthday off, plus bank holidays (29 days per annum) Additional holiday entitlement for long service Access to company-funded private medical insurance for you and your family Free breakfast and lunch, with soft drinks, tea and coffee available all day Funded opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Modern Coalville office with free on-site parking and EV charging How to Apply If you have the skills and experience required for this Growth Marketing Executive position based in Coalville, click “apply” today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to tailor your application and provide a cover letter or any supporting documents.
