A day in the life. As our Agency Associate in our Early Career Program, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of business, allowing you to learn each practice area, and complete daily tasks in three to four areas on a rotational basis. You will learn how to effectively handle new business, renewal business, and customer service needs inside Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, or Retirement practices, in preparation for beginning a practice area focused career path. Upon successful completion of the program, practice area focus will be based on interest, interview and testing process, and business needs. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, sales, or a related field of study We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
