You’ll work in teams using insight, technology and innovation to address workforce challenges and deliver lasting change. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build core skills while contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients and their people. Problem solving — support the development of practical solutions to workforce and organisational challenges. Inclusive collaboration — work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver people-focused outcomes. Critical thinking and judgement — assess information and options to support well-informed decisions. Adaptability — respond to changing project requirements and priorities with confidence. Digital fluency — use technology, data and tools to support analysis and project delivery. What you will be doing Working across a range of capabilities including: Workforce Advisory, Talent, and HR Transformation & HR Technology. Working on people-focused projects across areas such as change, culture, workforce strategy and HR transformation. Using research, data and insight to understand workforce challenges and support recommendations for clients. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that help people and organisations thrive. Developing your skills and experience by contributing to meetings, reports and presentations. Please note: Due to UK policies, you must be based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
