Investment Trainee

We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in investment, financial markets and client advisory to join our professional team. This position provides practical exposure to investment concepts, market research, portfolio review and client relationship management. Successful candidates will receive structured training and mentorship to build their knowledge of financial markets and develop strong client advisory skills. The role is suitable for graduates, early-career candidates, banking professionals, and individuals who would like to develop their career in investment and financial services. Responsibilities · Conduct market and financial product research · Keep up to date with market developments and investment trends · Assist in reviewing clients' financial objectives and investment needs · Support the preparation of investment and financial planning recommendations · Assist with regular portfolio reviews and client follow-up · Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients · Work with senior team members on client servicing and business development activities · Participate in professional training and development programmes What We Offer · 5-day working arrangement · Structured investment and financial services training · Mentorship and coaching from experienced team members · Practical exposure to financial markets and investment concepts · Client advisory and relationship management experience · Professional development opportunities · Hybrid working arrangement · Grade A office in Wan Chai · Remuneration and incentive details will be discussed during the interview Requirements · Full working rights in Hong Kong · Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent · Degree holder preferred, particularly in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines · Fresh graduates and candidates with working experience are welcome · Banking, financial services, investment, sales or client-facing experience would be an advantage · TTPS and IANG candidates with valid working eligibility in Hong Kong will also be considered · Strong interest in financial markets and investment · Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills · Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn · Able to work independently and within a team Candidates who are interested in developing professional knowledge in investment and financial services are welcome to apply.
