Mentorship & Networking: Shadow top-performing Sales Managers (SM) to observe live client consultations and team management. Fast-track Progression: High-performing interns will receive a Pre-employment Offer (Return Offer) upon graduation to transition into full-time Management Trainees. Requirements: Current university students from any discipline (Penultimate or Final year students preferred; Mainland students studying in Hong Kong with valid student visas are highly welcomed). Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in the financial and wealth management sector. Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Available to join flexible part-time/full-time schedules during the academic term or summer/winter breaks.
