Field Merchant Service Specialist (Internship)

Key Responsibilities: Merchant Visits: Conduct regular on-site visits to partner merchants (e.g., retail stores, restaurants) to maintain strong working relationships. Payment Channel Testing & Verification: Inspect merchant payment devices (POS machines, QR codes, etc.) and perform live transaction tests to ensure seamless payment processing and system stability. POSM Deployment & Maintenance: Replace and update point-of-sale marketing materials (posters, table stands, stickers, decals) to ensure brand presentation meets compliance standards. Field Task Management: Complete assigned daily visit quotas across targeted areas and accurately log field visit reports. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a high sense of responsibility. Comfortable working outdoors and moving frequently between different locations. Familiarity with smartphones and mobile payment technologies.
