Broker Operations Management Trainee (Crypto/Web3)

About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and fast-learning recent graduate to join our Broker Operations team. Designed as a structured growth path, this role offers hands-on experience across Web3 operations, data analytics, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with senior leaders with the ultimate goal of developing into a Broker Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities (Growth Path) Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in planning and executing high-impact broker campaigns and promotional events aimed at driving user growth, active trading, and platform volume. Data Tracking & Analysis: Monitor broker and end-user performance metrics under guidance; help analyze behavioral data to track KPIs and identify potential growth opportunities. User & Broker Experience Optimization: Help gather and synthesize feedback from brokers and end-users to continuously refine campaign workflows and improve user satisfaction. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Broker Business Development (BD) and Product teams to support existing broker relationships and ecosystem initiatives. Budget & Performance Tracking: Support the tracking of campaign budgets and basic ROI evaluation to generate data-backed recommendations for future campaigns. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (Recent Graduates / 0–2 years of experience welcome). Domain Interest: Strong passion for Crypto/Web3, trading platforms, or traditional finance. Basic understanding of digital assets and brokerage models is a strong plus. Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a willingness to learn operations analytics tools. Growth Mindset: High agility, proactive problem-solving attitude, and a strong drive to take ownership as skills mature. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners. Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for seamless business communication across Greater China and international markets.
