Product Manager

Fancy working with an established, growth-stage UK Software product company (B2B SaaS), who are building their own HRIS payroll system from the ground up? If so, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Owner to take the lead! The build is well-advanced, but it needs someone with genuine product discipline in a B2B SaaS environment to to take it forward, as the official release approaches.This is a newly created role, and you would be the first person to bring professional product ownership to it. Location: Remote with occasional time required in the office (Central / SE UK) So will consider people from across the UK, in general. Very flexible location wise though. Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 basic, plus benefits package. What you'll be doing Own the payroll product end to end: requirements baseline, backlog, roadmap and release plan Work day to day with engineering and the internal payroll team of experts, testing changes yourself where needed Act as the go-to authority for the teams, from a Product point of view. Shape the long-term product strategy & roadmap. What you need to bring Prior experience on HRIS systems: Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, etc. Demonstrable product management experience in software: discovery, requirements, backlog ownership and shipping releases Experience moving between systems, including data migration, parallel running and reconciliation would be ideal.
