Management Trainee

About the role This is a rotational programme through different departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of the firm's finance and investment functions. Key responsibilities Rotate through different departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of the firm's finance and investment functions Participate in the preparation of reports, presentations and other operation duties Assist with the analysis of financial data and the development of investment strategies Support the portfolio management team in monitoring and reporting on investment performance Support the Operational team in fund operation duties Support the Product team in product management duties About you A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients A keen interest in the financial markets and investment management Fluency in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage Fresh Graduates will be considered 參與大灣區青年就業計劃，參加計劃者須持有香港或者香港以外地方頒發的副學士或者以上學歷，並為可合法在香港受僱工作的29歲或以下香港青年，入職後前6個月在香港公司辦公，後12個月在珠海分公司辦公
