Business Development Executive (Open to Interns / Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities: Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders Create and implement data-driven strategies for client acquisition and business growth Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to track progress and support business decisions Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus Passed HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 licensed preferred Proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with independent work ethic Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
