Core Responsibilities Support experienced consultants in delivering MPF services and retirement planning solutions to individual clients. Assist in gathering client information and understanding their financial needs, retirement goals and investment objectives. Support corporate accounts with employee benefits arrangements, including MPF schemes, group medical plans and general business insurance. Assist with client relationship management, meeting preparation and follow-up activities. Handle incoming enquiries from scheme members and coordinate with relevant service providers.
