Job Duties:
To assist the IST team to prepare materials for clients to promote new businesses;
Internal liaison and document preparations;
Set up internal meetings;
Assist in the daily settlement for equities/future/fixed income products;
Assist in account opening process;
Ad-hoc reporting and other processes.
Requirements:
Holder of Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting or related subjects preferred;
Strong Mandarin/ English communication skills;
Proficiency in MC Office suite;
Previous experience in finance firms;
Knowledge of VBA/Python will be an advantage.
