Associate - Client Service (Native English Speaker) - Welcome Fresh Graduates

About the role We are seeking a Native English Speaker (multiple headcounts) to join our Client Service team as an Associate - Client Service. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates (1-2 years full time working experiences) to launch their career in the consulting /financial services sector. What you'll be doing Out reach to specific clients based on client's project requirements via Linkedin, telephone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner Own end-to-end projects with assigned clients/industries (eg. consulting firms, private equity, hedge funds, investment banks...etc) Providing accurate information about our services to specific clients Processing client requests and transactions with attention to detail and compliance requirements Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Assisting in resolving client complaints and escalating issues appropriately when necessary Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with internal teams to support client needs and deliver effective solutions/services Contributing to continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures What we're looking for A native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Recent graduate with a university degree (any discipline)/ have at least 1-2 years full time working experiences Presentable, strong business acumen, driven-mindset, a fast learner Strong B2B sales, customer service orientation and commitment to delivering excellence services Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to work under tight deadline A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Apply now If you are an enthusiastic recent graduate with native English fluency and a passion for delivering B2B sales consulting, we would love to hear from you.
