Finance Assistant (Temp Part Time)- IT Focus (Temp Part-Time / Student Intern)

Key Responsibilities Support the Finance Department in developing and maintaining management dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools; Assist in automating recurring financial and operational reports to improve efficiency and data accuracy; Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and analysis from various financial systems and databases Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and digitalization within finance operations; Document reporting procedures, workflow enhancements, and automation initiatives; Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to finance projects; and Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Job Requirements Holder of a Bachelor Degree / Undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Student Interns are welcomed. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis) is required. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, or Python is highly preferred. Detail-oriented, Responsible, self-motivated, strong analytical & problem-solving skills and able to work well in a team.
